The Philosophy

MindRight Performance was started for many of reasons, not only was it created to provide the best coaching possible to athletes and people of all levels but also to give a space that provides the best atmosphere to create positive and extraordinary results as it relates to performance. Our philosophy as we help teach and coach athletes encompasses a hierarchy of importance when training which is Technique first, Range of Motion second, Speed/Tempo third, and last but not least Resistance. What this means is that, first technique must be perfected, then the range of motion must be performed to the full extent possible for that specific individual’s ability level. After range of motion is done at the best level possible, then we focus on the speed/tempo that suits the athlete and their specific sport followed finally by the increase of resistance level. At MindRight we also preach building stability, strength, and power in each and everyone of our clients, this promotes the ability to enhance overall performance levels and creates a well rounded athlete. We train all of our clients, regardless of age and/or level, with an approach based upon scientifically proven methods of athletic performance development.
