Chase Emnott , M.S., CSCS, PES,CES, USAW-L1, FMS, SSN.

Founder/Owner

Meet Founder/Owner and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at MindRight Performance, Chase Emnott. Before he became a Strength & Conditioning Coach/ Personal Trainer, Chase competed in power lifting and played football through his college days where he attended Michigan Technological University. After that is when he found his calling in life, helping others with their athletic/sports performance along with their health/wellness. Chase is one of the most passionate trainers/coaches out there! His attention to detail and his drive is exactly why he started MindRight Performance. He has over 20 years of experience in the field and his list of credentials is extraordinary. He is currently the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Men’s and Women’s St. Norbert College NCAA DIII Hockey Teams. Chase also works with many teams at the youth level through high school. Chase also works with NCAA DI and professional athletes. He has a wide ranging cliental base and with his experience he can program, guide, and train anyone to their personal goals. Karly Weycker, B.S., cscs, RYT-200.

Karly is one of our full-time Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Yoga Instructor at MindRight Performance. She spent her last semester of college as an intern at MindRight under the direction of Coach Chase. Karly has her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Carroll University and 200 Hour Registered Yoga Training. Primarily working with teams and one-on-one, she is equipped with the knowledge that peak performance is not only physical but also mental.
